Spy Crusher Elite Photochromic Snow Goggles are a medium/large fit goggle with a cylindrical photochromic lens (approx. 20–66.6% VLT) built on the Crusher Elite Eco chassis, optimised for variable light and eco-conscious construction.

 

Model and season context

• “Crusher Elite 2026” refers to the current-season Eco version of Spy’s mid-sized Crusher Elite frame, which uses eco-friendly materials while keeping the original fit and feature set.
• The photochromic variant adds a light-reactive lens that transitions across roughly S1–S3 range (around 20–66.6% VLT), targeting mixed conditions from flat light to brighter days.

 

Fit and frame 

• Fit: Medium/large, with a frame width around 185 mm; lens width about 170 mm and height about 90 mm, weight roughly 130 g.
• Frame: Flexible polyurethane (Eco materials), OTG-friendly with subtle notches to accommodate prescription glasses, and compatible with most modern snow helmets.

 

Lens and optics 

• Lens: Cylindrical dual-lens construction with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, plus 100% UV protection for high-altitude sun.
• Photochromic behavior: Light-reactive lens that automatically adjusts tint, maintaining usable contrast and visibility as conditions shift across shaded trees, flat-light bowls, and sunnier aspects.

 

Ventilation and comfort

• Ventilation: RISE ventilation system that harnesses the Venturi effect to pull warm, moist air from behind the lens through upper frame ports, reducing fog build-up.
• Comfort: Triple-layer Isotron face foam with fleece lining for better seal and moisture management, plus silicone-ribbed strap to keep the goggle stable on helmets or beanies.
