K2 Excavator Unisex Snowboard 2026
Have your mind blown by the K2 Excavator. Designed for the new age carver that has to slash every lip insight on the way to the POW stashes. This board is built for fun but also knows when to be serious. The wider profile of the Excavator allows riders to size down 5cm from their usual snowboard size and allows you to get all of the performance out of a longer board without the extra swing weight. This extra width and 20mm of taper benefits riders with wider feet, reducing any “booting out” on those deep corduroy carves and long traverses but don't be afraid of the width, both for male and female riders. CAMBER
Directional Camber Profile – Camber between the feet and a slight rocker in the tip gives you all of the power and energy of a cambered snowboard, but with a little extra float on those deep days.
CORE
S1 Core – Created to be more damp underfoot and incredibly strong, the S1 core is constructed from Bamboo, Aspen, and Paulownia. Tip to tail Bamboo add snap, durability, and damping underfoot is balanced by lightweight Paulownia in the middle, tip and tail of the board. Aspen and Bamboo are placed at 30 degree angles to increase strength and add response underfoot.
LAMINATES
Carbon Power Fork™ – Equal parts snap and energy transfer, the ultra-lightweight Carbon Power Fork™ additives are dynamically flexing to optimize the performance in a snowboard. Carbon Power Fork™ additives are strategically shaped to offer greater response and energy return by increasing the width toward the tail – allowing for more material to be engaged, and more energy to be created the harder the tail is flexed.
ICG 10 Biaxial Glass – Integrating tip-to-tail carbon fiber stringers into fiberglass layups ensures a smooth power release in and out of turns while increasing pop, liveliness, and longevity of the snowboard without adding unnecessary rigidity.
